After many years providing Rowe Partners staff & clients with great support, a talented member of our admin team has decided it’s time to see more of the world. We’re wishing her bon voyage in 4 weeks’ time & are seeking to replace her asap with someone just as talented but who will quickly take ownership of the role.
About the person
Our ideal person will be a friendly, professional, confident communicator with great problem-solving skills. They’ll be a fast learner, tech-savvy & well-presented. They’ll also show a demonstrated ability to multitask & perform well under pressure. They’ll show initiative but will also happily accept direction. We’re looking for someone who is goal driven, self-motivated & committed to pursuing a career in admin within an accounting & financial services environment. They should enjoy working as part of a team, be flexible & be willing to muck in to help their colleagues.
The successful candidate will need to be across all aspects of the MS Office Suite & ideally have worked with ATO online lodgement systems. Experience with Xero Practice Manager (XPM), Now Infinity, Class Super & Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software will be highly regarded.
About the role
This is a challenging & diverse role requiring a person with 3 to 5 years relevant professional experience. It is full-time although part-time (of 0.6 or more) may be considered for the right applicant. The salary offered is commensurate with the level of experience required.
On the job training will be provided & a 3 months’ probation period applies. Opportunity for further training & professional development is also available.
The role will be located at our new office in Modbury although some intrastate travel to regional offices may be required.
General responsibilities will include;
• Front office reception & client liaison
• Diary, events & meetings management
• Preparation of client correspondence, reports & Financials
• Client ATO lodgements
• Accurate & frequent data-entry into XPM & other databases to maintain current records
• Management of confidential & sensitive information
• Provision of support to the Partners & the accounting team
• Admin duties – scanning & photocopying, petty cash, filing & records management.
